Break Fast

Anytime after 11:30am: 1 cup spinach, cucumber, frozen banana.

1 Hour Later

Lymphbuster. Add 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk and blend.

1 Hour Later

Big bowl of fruit of your choice.

Daytime Ritual

Liver Lunch Detox

Big Green Salad: 1 cup raw finely chop spinach, 1/2 cup of kale, 1/2cup root veggies (sweet potato, butternut). Tomato, cucumber, peppers with a homemade raw sauce from recipes provided.

Afternoon Pick-me-up

Carrots, pineapples, celery and humus.

Daytime Mind Ritual

Go over your Toxic To-do List as outlined in your Daytime Mind Ritual. Remove 1 or 2 items from your TOXIC LIST.

Evening Ritual

Dinner with Family

3/4 quarter of your plate cooked other 1/4 raw (1 cup Quinoa with 1 cup raw spinach). Pictures of your meals to be sent to your mentor every night.

Workout Session

Prepare for gym session. Remember to take your yoga mat along, wear your t-shirt and drink a small amount of water.

Detox Booster

Refer to your recommended Detox Booster Products for the evening. DETOX TEA and date.

Every Sunday, you will prep for the week ahead. So prepare your Lymphbuster, your daytime power snacks, and do your weekly reflection. Remember to go over your workout schedule as well and double check your grocery stocks for the week ahead. Stay focused, organised and motivated!
