Break Your Fast

Anytime after 10AM: Lymphbuster (at least 500ml) with Tablespoon of Psyllium Husk.

1 Hour Later

Bowl of fruit (mono fruit) paw paw or pineapple whatever is seasonal.

1 Hour Later

Mid morning raw power snack: handful of raw veggie sticks, peppers, carrots, cucumber, celery dipped into hummus with Lymphbuster (at least 500ml).

Daytime Ritual

Liver Lunch Detox

Salad or any of the delicious recipes provided with Detox Tea.

Afternoon Pick-me-up

Lymphbuster (at least 500ml) and a date.

Daytime Mind Ritual

Go over your Toxic To-do List as outlined in your Daytime Mind Ritual.

Evening Ritual

Dinner with Family

Starter: first course bowl of fruit, main meal (choose any of the recipes listed).

Workout Session

Workout session at 6:30am. All training will happen online via Zoom live. Please make sure that you download Zoom.com so that you can keep active and continue your journey to a healthier you. Here are additional videos for you below to repeat any time.

By the end of your 7 Day Detox Challenge you should be equipped and ready to progress to the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge, or if you believe you're ready, move on to the 90 Day Wellness Challenge.
